Frequently Asked Questions

Lifeway Mobile Lab currently provides phlebotomy services to all ages at individual locations, where you are, within a 60 mile radius from our Belton office.  Plans are also underway to expand our service areas.

Lifeway Mobile Lab is open for scheduling Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm and on Saturdays from 10am to 2pm. Please note, collections may also occur after these hours for the convenience of our patients. 

Lifeway Mobile Lab accepts most major credit cards, as well as Cash App, Venmo, and Zelle.  Please contact us if you have questions about payment options.

Payment is due when the service is scheduled. Services will not be delivered without payment in full. 

We secure, label, and personally transport the specimen to your lab of choice. 

We immediately deliver the specimen to your lab for testing. The results will be directly available to you from your lab within 24-48 hours. 

Routine phlebotomy services range in price from $50 - $150. Premium services are higher due to the complexity and secure measures required. 

No. Lifeway Mobile Lab only collects the specimen then delivers it to your lab. We have no further involvement or information concerning results or findings. 

Yes. We must receive a lab order from a physician, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician’s Assistant. 

Yes. We have contracted medical providers that are available for a fee to order labs.  

Rescheduling without a penalty is only allowed prior to dispatch of the phlebotomist. Cancelled labs will forfeit a refund. 

We currently provide mobile lab services in Bell, McLennan, Milam, Williamson, and Travis counties.
